After inspecting millions of square feet of roofing assemblies, I can see many converging opportunities to better manage roofing systems. By incorporating state of the art testing equipment to capture data, one can now setup a knowledge-based approach for managing the repair and maintenance of a roof. Over the years, I have worked with many frustrated building owners who lost control over the management of their entire roof system.
